We are here this evening to take our part with His Lordship the Bishop of this Diocese in the unveiling of the marble tablet on the wall to the south, which has been erected in memory of two departed members of this Church, John Thomas Minott and his wife Leonora Minott. It seems a fitting coincidence that the builder who placed the first cornerstone in the building which started religious work in this district should be the first in whose memory a stone should be placed in this much larger and more capable building, which marks the progress of the church's work in our midst.
